- 120 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 medium egg yolks
- 20 g butter
Berry layer
- 100–150 g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g red currants (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small apple, peeled and grated
- 2–3 tbsp water
